I have been active my whole life! I enjoyed playing soccer most of my childhood and then, as an adult, training in MMA as a kickboxer, which lead to my value in and passion for training others. I believe that a strong mindset contributes to enhanced physical fitness. I enjoy working with individuals to evaluate fitness levels, set goals, monitor progress and motivate with emphasis on weight lifting and cardioboxing/kickboxing.
