As an Eastlake Athletic Club member, you have free access to a wide selection of free group fitness classes designed to help you meet and exceed your fitness goals, including cardio and conditioning, strength training, weight loss, flexibility, athletic training and much more. Each class is between 30-45 minutes long, taught by a trained Eastlake staff member, and open to fitness enthusiasts of all skill levels. For your convenience, you can register for group fitness classes in person at any location or via our easy-to-use online group fitness schedule.
