I started working out when I was only fourteen. I competed in my first Bodybuilding show when I was sixteen. Then two more after that. I am married now and enjoying life. I love working out and improving myself everyday. Training is not just an obligation for me, it is a lifestyle that I enjoy doing everyday. Nutrition is also an important part of my life. Eating healthy is not always easy and is something that I have struggled with in the past. But I have learned methods to deal with the cravings and I am excited to share them with you.
It is my goal that every client of mine completes their goals. I am so excited to help others improve themselves and hopefully have fun while doing it. It is my hope that all of my clients will view fitness and nutrition as something to be excited about, not something to dread.
