Sports Conditioning

Sports conditioning is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. This class is for anyone from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor. Speed, agility, coordination, strength and flexibility training will put you on the next level in whatever sport you play!

“I teach sports conditioning on Monday Wednesday and Fridays 9:30 to 10:30. Immediately following core and more at 11. I also teach Tuesday and Thursday nights at 4:30, strength and endurance.
I’ve been teaching for over 30 years now, and absolutely love what I do! To watch the people in my class have their bodies transform into the best physique that they can obtain is very rewarding!”
