Eastlake Ares offers an expansive arena of state-of-the-art equipment designed to help you target any muscle group. Our fitness floor boasts 30 benches, barbells and dumbbells, bench presses, cables and pulleys, abdominal benches, dipping machines, lat machines, and much more.

Eastlake Ares also features Hammer Strength, the leading brand of plate-loaded equipment in the world designed to move with your body’s natural path of motion. Hammer Strength was the first to explore the ergonomic advantages of independent converging and diverging arcs of motion.

As a member, you’ll also have access to Motion Technology Selectorized (MTS) equipment. MTS strength training utilizes the same motions and inspiration behind Hammer Strength plate-loaded machines and incorporates the biomechanics of patented Iso-Lateral technology with the ease and convenience of selectorized weight stacks.

We understand that not everyone feels comfortable exercising in public. Eastlake Ares is one of the only fitness centers in the region to offer a private, women’s only workout area. Featuring state-of-the-art strength training, cardio and aerobics equipment, our women’s only area provides a comfortable atmosphere for you to work out in private.

In addition to feeling great, saunas provide a wide variety of health benefits that will boost the effectiveness of your entire fitness regimen. Spending time in a sauna helps trigger deep sweating, which is one of the most powerful ways to remove harmful toxins like lead, copper and mercury from your body. The heat from a sauna also triggers the production of white blood cells, which strengthens your immune system.
