Strength & Endurance is an intensive class that focuses on building core strength, endurance, and flexibility.  Challenging exercises will target the lower and upper abdominals, obliques, back, and hip flexors.

“I teach sports conditioning on Monday Wednesday and Fridays 9:30 to 10:30. Immediately following core and more at 11. I also teach Tuesday and Thursday nights at 4:30, strength and endurance.
