Our membership prices have a low cost with no hidden fees and most of our services are included in the cost of membership.

Initiation Fee: $25 for Individual (excludes SilverSneakers), $50 for Multiple
Key Fob: $10 for each member.
Payment Options:
- Members can lock in the membership fee by paying one-year membership fee in advance. Payment must be paid in full at the time of joining by credit card, check or cash. Refunds will not be issued for months not used.
- Members may choose monthly EFT Plan. At the time of joining, members pay initiation fee. Monthly membership dues will be automatically deducted from their bank account or credit card.
