As a fitness fanatic, I have been physically active since Tee-ball to college football at Trine university where I earned my bachelors of exercise science pre-physical therapy. I have heard countless fitness myths that “you need to do cardio to burn fat”, “weight lifting makes girls bulky”. I know the most effective ways to achieve your goals and I will help guide you to them with sustainable fitness strategies. I want to help you build healthy relationships with fitness and help you earn the ability and knowledge to achieve your goals.
