I am a personal trainer certified through ACE. I specialize on focusing training around a variety of exercises through different disciplines. My expertise is with weight management, strength and conditioning and weight Training. I got started in personal training through self-exploration. I was once at my own rock bottom with health and overall weight. I was upwards of 370lbs in my early 20s. I successfully dropped over 150lbs through scientific research of the body and diet, along with trial and error. I’ve came across many different passions on my journey, whether it was running, strength training or calisthenics. I love every minute of changing myself and seeing it happen, and that’s where the love for helping others came into play with being a PT!
