I found a passion for running and doing things that challenged me mentally and physically when I was in my 20’s. I started in group fitness about 5 years ago and realized that it was such a privilege and joy to watch people overcome obstacles in their own fitness journeys. I’ve been personal training for almost 2 years. I enjoy doing a Tough Mudder race every year. It’s a great physical reminder to ‘Do Hard Things’ and to never stop challenging yourself to be better!
Coming from a place of unhealthy food/fitness mentality, I can empathize with people who are in that same place. My goal is always for clients to find their freedom in fitness and nutrition, and truly be healthy and whole from the inside out. From training a teenage baseball team to older adults, I love working with all ages and all walks of life.
