I started pursuing fitness about 7 years ago when my negative body image overwhelmed me. Since then, exercising and pushing my physical limits has given me the courage to press on through anxiety and depression. It has become so much more than just working out to me. Rather, I view it as a physical testimony of overcoming my emotional battles, and talking about it makes me come alive! My passion is to make fitness less scary, less overwhelming, and more attainable for anyone who wants to pursue it. By implementing efficient, yet intense training techniques, I want to help you challenge yourself!
