Kim Yeoman

I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 15 years and a Group Fitness Instructor for over 20 years. I also hold Specialty Certifications in Spinning, TRX, Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, PLYOGA, Pilates Chair and Functional Training.

I began my love of fitness at a young age and continued through college playing various sports. I continue to advance my knowledge every year by taking classes to stay abreast of new information and to certify in new things. I enjoy working out, cooking/baking and spending time with my family. My clients are my biggest inspiration and I am thankful to be a part of their personal journey to health and fitness.
