Throughout my time as a student at the University of Michigan, a career in medical equipment and pharmaceutical sales, and my full time job as a mother of three, fitness has been important to me. I believe the healthy disciplines learned through sports and in the gym lead to success in life. I also understand firsthand the difficulty of balancing work and life while achieving fitness goals.
As a personal trainer and former bikini competitor my experience lies in strength training, cardiovascular health, weight loss, and nutrition. Each of my clients are different and have different goals. I would enjoy the opportunity to listen to your goals and help craft a plan together that will ensure you achieve them.
